Touch clients will state all applicable health conditions and will provide updates for any changes in my health status.

All services are operated under enthusiastic consent models. Either practitioner or client can stop the session at anytime.  

If guided meditation or acupressure is included in the service, it is not psychotherapy or a medical treatment.

This service is offered to adults over the age of majority in the place where they reside.

Sessions are one-directional. The practitioner is not to be touched without consent. Clients understand that touch is offered to them for specific learning and somatic awareness purposes. In those cases, touch will be identified and agreed to at the beginning of the session.

The practitioner is clothed. Clients can choose to be clothed, partially undressed, or fully undressed.

Being under the influence of drugs and alcohol is not compatible with this service. Clients agree to be of sound mind, have good judgment, and not be impaired in my ability to provide and rescind consent.

There are situations when the confidentiality agreement will be set aside should a client be at risk of harming themself or others.

Clients are to treat the practitioner with respect and courtesy. The practitioner has the right to stop the session at anytime and expect full payment.

Cancellations require 24-hour notice. Emergencies and illness are exceptions. No-shows without contacting the practitioner will most likely result in disqualifying from future use of services.  

There are no shower facilities and therefore the client shall arrive clean and hygienic.

If touch is requested, clients can clearly articulate that they can rescind consent from areas of their body that is touched.
